Role Description As a QA Analyst – AI Products at Riafy Technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-driven applications and platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi involves designing and executing manual test cases, validating features, and identifying defects across web and mobile products powered by R10 and other AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, data scientists, and UX teams to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and provide clear, actionable feedback on product quality. On a day-to-day basis,



you will review specifications, perform functional and regression testing, document findings, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. You will also help refine test strategies for AI and machine learning features, ensuring they meet usability, accuracy, and performance expectations before release.
Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex product behavior, identify root causes of issues, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices, including test planning, defect tracking, and adherence to defined quality standards.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and writing structured Test Cases for web, mobile, and AI-driven applications.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, define test scenarios, and ensure smooth release cycles.
- Familiarity with testing AI/ML features, including validation of model outputs, edge cases, and user experience implications (preferred).
- Knowledge of basic test management tools and bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to inclusive, collaborative work practices.
