We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our agile sales team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-5 years of experience in sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
