BASIC EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (AS ON 31.08.2026)

Postgraduate in any discipline with Minimum percentage of 55% marks.

Preference will be given to those having MBA / PGDM / MHRM in HR / Finance / Banking with teaching experience in the Executive Education domain.

The successful completion of Ph. D / M. Phil will be an Additional Qualification for the position.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Preference will be given to those:

Having certifications such as IIBF Certifications, CFA or FRM.

Published research papers, books, etc.

Specialization in any of the following domain:

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 6 years of teaching experience in the position of Faculty / Professor / Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Corporate Trainer or equivalent position in Bank's Training Institute / Universities / Business Schools / Corporate Learning Academies / Public Sector Training Institutions / Other Educational Institutions.

Preference will be given to those having proven experience in Corporate Leadership Roles with experience in Executive Education.

SPECIFIC SKILLS

Proactive with exceptional teaching abilities and robust communication skills.
