We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter experienced in domestic contract staffing to handle end-to-end recruitment for contract positions across India.

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates against required skills and experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer releases where applicable.
- Follow up with selected candidates through joining and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.




- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities.
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with technical or non-technical hiring, depending on business requirements.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and contemporary sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with recruitment metrics and ATS platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
