- Source and screen candidates for bulk IT & Non-IT requirements.
- Manage a fast-paced recruitment environment with a target of 10+ quality submissions per day.
- Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify relevant talent.
- Work extensively on Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Understand job requirements and effectively engage candidates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT hiring and bulk recruitment.
- Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
- Mandatory experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Robust stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and openness to coaching/feedback.
