We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, focusing on collecting outstanding payments and ensuring accurate billing processes.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers to collect payments on outstanding accounts.
- Verify insurance coverage and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and transactions.
- Follow up with patients on outstanding balances and payment plans.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.




- Work closely with the billing team to resolve discrepancies and improve collection processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
