About the RoleQHT Clinic Haridwar is looking for smart, energetic, and highly presentable Front Desk Professionals to deliver a 5-star experience to our patients and clients. If you have a passion for luxury hospitality, exceptional communication skills, and a polished personality, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities

- 5-Star Patient Engagement: Welcome patients with warmth, maintain a luxury front-desk ambiance, and manage smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Appointment & Call Management: Coordinate patient schedules, handle phone inquiries, and ensure seamless communication between doctors and patients.
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of QHT Clinic, delivering premium customer service and handling patient queries with empathy and confidence.
- Desk Administration:



Maintain accurate patient logs, handle billing/invoices, and ensure the reception area is always clean, welcoming, and organized.

What We Are Looking For

- Personality & Appearance: Extremely smart, well-groomed, energetic, and confident with a modern skilled demeanor.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English with a pleasing phone etiquette.
- Background: Candidates with experience in 5-Star Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Aviation, or Premium Clinics will be given top priority.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend shifts are mandatory, off will be provided on weekdays).
