Senior BD Manager, RTB Partnerships
Responsibilites
- Source, pitch, negotiate, and onboard SSPs, DSPs, ad networks, and publishers
- Activate your existing network to launch the first demand and supply integrations
- Negotiate rev share, floors, QPS, payment terms, and credit limits
- Coordinate setup: OpenRTB endpoints, VAST, schain, ads.txt/app-ads.txt, sellers.json
- Track partner performance: fill rate, win rate, eCPM, timeouts, and discrepancies
- Handle IVT checks, partner disputes, and invoice reconciliation

Must have
- 5+ years in RTB BD at an SSP, DSP, ad exchange, or ad network
- An active network of decision-makers at SSPs, DSPs, and networks
- A proven portfolio of integrations you personally closed
- Strong grasp of OpenRTB 2.5/2.6, QPS, bid floors, and supply path basics
- Hands-on experience with AdKernel, Project Limelight, Bidscube, or similar white-label RTB stacks
