Talent Acquisition Specialist (Leadership Hiring)
Location: Noida, India
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand leadership hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract high-caliber candidates for senior-level positions through various channels, including networking, job boards, and social media.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future leadership roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leadership hiring.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition,



specifically in leadership and senior-level hiring within the IT sector.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
