About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Production Merchant / Production Coordinator who is well-versed in production execution, coordination, and follow-up. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing both men's and women's products across knit and woven categories, with strong coordination skills to ensure smooth and timely production execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end production execution from order handover through final production
completion.
• Manage production follow-ups with factories, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Handle both men's and women's product categories across knit and woven garments.
• Track production status, timelines, approvals, and critical milestones.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, quality, and factory teams to resolve production issues.
• Monitor production schedules and proactively highlight delays, risks, and corrective actions.
• Ensure production requirements and specifications are clearly communicated and followed.
• Maintain regular production reports, updates,



and follow-up records.
• Support timely delivery by coordinating production priorities and resolving execution bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in garment/apparel production coordination or production
merchandising.
• Robust experience in production execution and factory/vendor coordination.
• Hands-on exposure to both men's and women's apparel products.
• Strong working knowledge of both knit and woven products.
• Good follow-up, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple styles/orders and manage production timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi for day-to-day communication.
