Job Responsibilities

Having excellent experience in : -

· Front Office Operations – Different types of Hotels (Need at least 3 years of experience letter for the same when submitting your CV).

· Reservation Procedures and Guest Tracking

· Hospitality Software – Fidelio / Opera

· F&B; Service, Banquets, Dining Etiquettes, Table Manners, and Table Layout

· Housekeeping Operations

· Basics of the French language and commonly used terms; Different types of menus.

· F&B; Production, Menu Planning, Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages

· Various Types of Cutlery

· Room servicing and different types of rooms

Minimum Education





3-year Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management

Work Experience

12 years - 20 Years

Age Range

35 years - 50 Years

Industry Exposure Required

Out of total experience, a minimum of 3-4 years of experience must be in a 5-star Hotel

Compensation Band

45 K - 60 K p.m. + PLI upto Rs 10 K p.m.
