About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech-focused retail and e-commerce platform in India, we’re building next-gen digital shopping experiences that blend AI-driven personalization, supply chain agility, and omnichannel engagement. Backed by venture capital and scaling aggressively across urban and tier-2/3 markets, we’re looking for a battle-tested Ecommerce Head to lead our digital revenue engine — driving GMV, conversion, retention, and category growth with data-led strategies and customer-obsessed execution.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end P&L; for the e-commerce business — from acquisition and conversion to retention and CLTV optimization.
- Design and execute growth plays across paid channels (Meta, Google, Programmatic), organic (SEO/Content), and partnerships (marketplaces, influencer collabs).
- Lead cross-functional teams — product, merchandising, supply chain, and tech — to launch high-impact campaigns, recent categories, and personalization initiatives.
- Build real-time dashboards and predictive models to monitor KPIs (AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, churn) and optimize marketing spend dynamically.




- Partner with CX and logistics to reduce cart abandonment and improve delivery experience — directly impacting NPS and repeat purchase rates.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performance ecommerce team — including analysts, channel managers, and campaign leads.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Google Analytics 4
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Shopify Plus / Magento / WooCommerce
- CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO)
- SQL for campaign analysis
- Tableau / Power BI

Preferred

- Experience at Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, or similar high-volume D2C/Marketplace
- Knowledge of PLM or OMS systems
- Working with GenAI for product discovery or dynamic pricing
