Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver end-to-end counseling to students seeking undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs abroad — covering country selection, university shortlisting, and course mapping.
- Conduct personalized 1:1 counseling sessions to understand academic background, career goals, and budget constraints — then recommend optimal study destinations and pathways.
- Guide applicants through documentation, SOP/LOR drafting, scholarship applications, and visa readiness — ensuring timely and error-free submission.
- Stay updated on global university admission trends, visa regulations, scholarship deadlines, and country-specific requirements to provide accurate, real-time advice.
- Build trust through consistent follow-ups, manage client expectations, and maintain high satisfaction through transparent communication and outcome tracking.




- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and admissions teams to drive conversions, optimize counseling workflows, and contribute to student success stories.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Strong knowledge of international education systems (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
- Expertise in university application processes and admission criteria
- Proficiency in SOP/LOR review and editing
- Experience with student visa guidelines (F-1, Tier 4, Student Visa Canada, etc.)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios with high attention to detail

Preferred

- Previous counseling or admissions advising experience in study abroad agencies
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Experience with scholarship databases or financial aid advising
