Job Description

We are hiring a Production Manager for a manufacturing unit based in Waghodia. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production operations in the paint/coating industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production activities and ensure smooth plant operations
- Plan and execute production schedules (daily/monthly)
- Monitor production output, productivity, and process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Handle shade matching, shade development, and standardization
- Supervise quality control, batch testing, and documentation
- Manage and lead production team, workers,



and contractors
- Coordinate with the lab for raw material and finished goods testing
- Maintain SOPs and analyze production data for improvement
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in paint/coating manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes (grinding, mixing, thinning, etc.)
- Experience in quality control and lab coordination
- Positive leadership and problem-solving skills
