Application Support Engineer
Job Description
• Hand on experience on Windows OS and Windows Server OS
• Valuable knowledge with hands on experience of monitoring tools like
Azure Application Insight, PagerDuty, Zabbix, System Walker or
similar tools
• Working knowledge of SQL commands such as SELECT, JOIN, and
WHERE to support day-to-day application support tasks
• Good understanding of at least one of the Cloud technologies (Azure,
AWS, GCP etc.) with hands on experience
• Good to have Japanese Language skill set
• Fundamental knowledge of Linux, including working with terminal
commands, checking system logs etc
• Knowledge of ITIL (Incident Management, Change Management, SLA,
Ticketing tools such as Service Now, Backlog etc)
• Basic Knowledge of SDLC, STLC




• Excellent documentation skills using Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS
Word
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills (English)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

There will be rotational shifts. Shifts change tentatively after a month’s gap
depending upon the work situation.
