We are looking for confident and energetic Process Associates who have strong outbound calling and cold-calling experience and are comfortable interacting with international customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to Australian customers.
* Handle high-volume calling and connect with 500+ customers/leads as part of the daily calling process.
* Perform cold calling and effectively communicate campaign offerings.
* Generate quality leads and maintain professional communication with customers.
* Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the campaign.
* Maintain accurate calling records and follow the defined process.
* Work closely with the team to achieve individual lead-generation and incentive opportunities.

Eligibility & Experience

* Prior outbound/cold-calling experience is mandatory.
* Candidates with Australian process experience will be preferred.
* International outbound experience with strong cold-calling skills will also be considered.
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.




* Candidates should be confident, proactive and comfortable speaking with international customers.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and relevant Australian-process exposure.

* Australian-process experience: Up to ₹28,000+
* Robust international outbound/cold-calling experience: Up to ₹30,000, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
* Uncapped incentives — no fixed target-based incentive ceiling.
* Incentives are linked to the leads generated, allowing high performers to earn more.
