Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our fully remote team. This is a great chance for freshers who have good English communication skills and are interested in building a career in telecalling and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers/leads and communicate professionally in English.

- Explain products, services, or offers clearly to potential customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and performance targets.

- Handle customer questions professionally and escalate issues when required.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.

- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone.

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable making outbound calls.

- Basic computer and internet skills.

- Self-motivated and disciplined enough to work independently from home.

- English is the only required working language for this role.
