Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for high-volume tech, sales, and customer ops roles across pan-India markets.
- Conduct phone/WhatsApp/video screening interviews, assess fit, and maintain candidate experience through structured evaluation templates.
- Manage end-to-end candidate journey—from initial outreach to offer closure—ensuring 24–48 hr response SLAs.
- Track daily KPIs (calls, conversions, placements) using ATS tools and report performance to team leads.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine JDs, understand role nuances,
and tailor pitch messaging for faster closures.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.
- Uncapped earnings: Base + commission + bonuses for consistent overachievement (up to ₹20K+/month).
