Role Summary

Manage end-to-end parcel operations on campus, ensuring accurate tracking, secure handovers, SOP compliance, and a seamless experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Parcel Operations & Distribution

- Receive parcels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely and smooth distribution

Verification & Handover

- Verify student identity and ensure secure parcel handovers

SOP Compliance

- Adhere to parcel management processes and ensure compliance during all shifts

Issue Resolution

- Handle parcel-related queries, disputes, and escalate unclaimed parcels as per process

Tracking & Reporting

- Monitor parcel volumes, maintain records, and prepare operational reports

Storage & Security

- Ensure proper storage, safety, and organization of parcels and storage areas

Coordination

- Work closely with wardens and operations teams to ensure seamless parcel management

Eligibility Criteria

- 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or hostel operations

- Basic organizational and record-keeping skills

- Valuable communication and problem-solving ability

- Attention to detail and accountability
