Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US IT staffing market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with US job portals, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified IT candidates for US-based job requirements.

- Utilize US job portals and other sourcing channels to find suitable candidates.

- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.

- Understand technical job requirements and match candidates based on skills, experience, and job specifications.

- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, requirements, interview processes, and compensation.

- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiting teams.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.

- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and recruitment targets.

- Stay updated on US IT hiring trends,



technologies, and recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

- Mandatory: Hands-on access and experience with US job portals.

- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.

- Experience sourcing candidates for technical roles.

- Good knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job profiles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

- Good negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship management skills.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation qualification.
