JOB DESCRIPTION Truva – Carpenter / Fitter Company Position Salary Travel Truva Carpenter / Fitter n20,000 – n25,000 Net Take-Home per month Travel allowance will be provided for work-related travel Job Type About the Role Field / Installation Role Truva is looking for skilled and responsible Carpenter / Fitters to handle furniture installation work at different customer and project locations. The role involves travelling to assigned locations, assembling and fitting various types of furniture, ensuring proper finishing, and completing installations safely and professionally. Key Responsibilities l Travel to different assigned locations for furniture installation and fitting work. l Install, assemble, and fit various types of furniture according to instructions and site requirements. l Carry out accurate measurements and ensure proper alignment, levelling, and fitting. l Perform basic carpentry and fitting work, including cutting, drilling, fixing, and adjustment where required. l Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly for installation work. l Inspect furniture and fittings for defects, damage, or improper assembly before completing the installation. l Make necessary adjustments to doors, drawers, hinges, panels, frames, and other furniture components. l Maintain proper finishing and ensure the installed furniture is neat, secure, and ready for use.



l Handle furniture and installation materials carefully to avoid damage during transportation and installation. l Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the work site after completing installation. l Coordinate with customers, supervisors, and site teams regarding installation requirements and completion. l Report completed work, site issues, material requirements, or installation-related problems to the concerned supervisor. Required Skills & Qualifications l Previous experience in carpentry, furniture installation, fitting, or a similar field is preferred. l Basic knowledge of furniture assembly, fitting, drilling, cutting, and fixing work. l Ability to read and understand basic installation instructions or measurements. l Good practical and problem-solving skills. l Ability to travel to different work locations as required. l Ability to work independently as well as with a team. l Good discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour at customer locations. Compensation & Benefits l Net take-home salary: n20,000 – n25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. l Travel allowance will be provided for eligible work-related travel. l Opportunity to work on different furniture installation projects and locations.
