Responsibilities • Experience in handling maintenance of automobile manufacturing plant, preferably Body / Weld Shop. • Hands-on experience and good knowledge of Body / Weld Shop maintenance along with ABB & Kawasaki make weld robots.
• Maintenance & troubleshooting of Mitsubishi/Messung PLCs, controllers and AC drives. • Transparent understanding of breakdown, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, along with measuring parameters such as MTBF, MTTR and uptime. • Able to carry out teaching and programming of ABB robots as per maintenance requirements. • Able to modify PLC programs as per maintenance requirements. • Electrical maintenance and fault finding of Body Shop equipment including weld guns, automation, conveyors, etc. • Able to handle a team and drive maintenance performance. • Strong team leadership, communication and presentation skills
