Job Summary
Truva is hiring Picker / Loader candidates for furniture handling and installation work at residential flats in Bellandur, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for picking, loading, unloading, shifting, and handling furniture and assisting the installation team at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pick, load, unload, and safely shift furniture and related materials.
2. Assist the installation team in furniture assembly and installation at flats.
3. Move furniture and materials safely from the vehicle to the customer's location.
4. Handle furniture carefully to prevent damage during loading and shifting.
5. Assist technicians/installers with tools, materials, and site preparation.
6. Maintain cleanliness and safety at the installation site.
7. Travel to different customer locations as required.
8. Complete assigned work within the given timeline.
9. Follow company safety and work instructions.
Eligibility & Requirements
1. Previous experience in furniture handling, loading/unloading, installation, or similar work is preferred.
2. Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move furniture.
3. Willingness to work at different customer locations.
4. Basic understanding of furniture handling and installation support.
5. Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
