Job Description

Reporting to the IT Manager and part of the IT Project & Cybersecurity team of 5 people, you will contribute to the quality of Sia's network infrastructure, security, and advanced-level support across our 45 offices in 19 countries, with a strong focus on the company's Meraki and UniFi network environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's Meraki network infrastructure, including firewall administration.

- Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's UniFi network infrastructure: switches, access points (AP), and related equipment.

- Installation and configuration of network equipment: access points, switches, firewalls, and low-voltage cabling.

- Network configuration and setup for recent and international office openings.





- Administration of part of the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.

- Design, development, and execution of complex PowerShell/Python scripts and API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API) to automate network and administration tasks.

- Level 3 support on complex network and application issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, security, Intune, etc.).

- Data migration via ShareGate / Microsoft Graph API scripting.

- Writing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.

- Participation in IT integration as part of new company acquisitions.

- Occasional international travel outside India, as required.
