Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior PMIS IT Support Specialist to support the implementation, integration, and administration of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) for large-scale infrastructure and construction programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in integrating PMIS platforms with BIM, GIS, document management, and enterprise systems to enable efficient project delivery, reporting, and data management. The role requires a highly skilled qualified capable of supporting complex capital projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and program management functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and support PMIS platforms such as Oracle Unifier, Primavera, ProjectWise, Aconex, or similar enterprise systems.
- Design and manage integrations between PMIS, BIM, GIS, scheduling, document management, and business systems.
- Support project teams with PMIS workflows, user management, permissions, and system governance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for project stakeholders.
- Manage project data structures, databases, data quality,



and information workflows.
- Coordinate with engineering, BIM, GIS, and construction teams to ensure seamless exchange of project information.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support and training.
- Support implementation of digital delivery strategies and information management standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security, and quality requirements.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
