We are seeking high-performing Sourcing Manager for luxury residential real estate projects.
Location -Vashi Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and manage Channel Partner (CP) network.
- Activate and onboard new CPs/CPS.
- Generate qualified leads and site visits through CP network.
- Build and maintain strong broker/CP relationships.
- Drive sales targets and business closures.
- Track CP performance and ensure regular engagement.
- Stay updated on local market and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Sales.
- Experience with Real Estate Channel Partner firms preferred.
- Strong in CP activation & relationship management.
- Proven site visit generation through CP/CPS network.
- Valuable local market & broker network knowledge.
- Strong communication, negotiation & networking skills.
- Target-oriented with ability to independently manage CP network and deliver business.
