MS365 Copilot Studio AI Developer (4-6 Years)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced MS365 Copilot Studio AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents, copilots, and automation solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building single-agent and multi-agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating enterprise applications through Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, GITHUB copilot and APIs, and developing business automation workflows across Microsoft 365 and third-party platforms. The role requires strong development skills, practical understanding of agent orchestration patterns, and the ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent solutions where specialized agents collaborate to execute end-to-end business processes.
- Configure agent instructions, topics, generative answers, actions, knowledge sources, and memory/context handling.
- Design agent-to-agent interactions, task delegation, human-in-the-loop approvals, and workflow orchestration.
- Build enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Platform.
- Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365 services and external enterprise applications.
- Develop custom APIs, connectors, plugins, and backend services to extend agent capabilities.
- Implement enterprise-grade monitoring, governance, security, and lifecycle management practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and AI use cases.
- Utilize GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, code quality,



documentation, and productivity.

- Expertise integrating AI agents with enterprise workflows using Power Automate.
- Experience creating reusable automation components and enterprise process templates.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize large-scale automation workflows.

Enterprise Integrations

Must Have

Experience integrating with enterprise applications using standard connectors and APIs:

Experience building enterprise knowledge assistants and AI agents grounded on organizational content.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-8 years of software engineering, integration, or automation experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio , Github Copilot and Power Automate.
- Experience building enterprise AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions.
- Robust understanding of agentic AI patterns and enterprise integration architecture.
- Ability to independently design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
