Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design, build, and optimize end-to-end data visualization and low-code solutions. Please note: Extensive, hands-on experience developing within Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse is a strict, mandatory requirement for this position.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable reports, interactive dashboards, custom Power Apps applications, and structured Dataverse data models.

Key Responsibilities

- Power Apps & Dataverse (MANDATORY): Build canvas and model-driven Power Apps integrated seamlessly with Power BI reports, and design robust backend tables, relationships, and security roles within Microsoft Dataverse.

- Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build,



and publish interactive Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and analytics solutions using complex DAX functions and Power Query (M).

- Data Integration: Integrate Power BI and Power Apps with diverse data sources (Azure SQL, SharePoint, REST APIs, Dataverse) using custom connectors and Power Automate workflows.

- Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI data models, DAX queries, and app performance for handling large volumes of data efficiently.

- Governance & Security: Implement row-level security (RLS), workspace administration, deployment pipelines, and compliance best practices across the Power Platform tenant.

- Technical Mentorship: Collaborate with business analysts, database administrators, and business stakeholders while guiding junior team members.
