Job Title: Personal Assistant to COO
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to provide
comprehensive administrative, business, and personal support to the COO. The role
requires excellent coordination skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to
manage both professional and personal commitments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the COO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
Handle correspondence, emails, presentations, reports, and other business
documents.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the COO. Administrative & Coordination
Monitor deadlines, follow up on key deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of
tasks.
Organize business events, conferences, and leadership meetings.
Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents. Personal Assistance
Manage personal appointments, travel bookings, reservations,



and schedules.
Coordinate personal errands, family-related commitments, and special requests as
required.
Handle personal documentation, bill payments, renewals, and other administrative
tasks.
Provide end-to-end support in managing both qualified and personal priorities. Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
3-8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant supporting
senior leadership.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset. Preferred: Experience supporting CXO-level executives and handling both official and
personal assignments.
