Job Description:

- - Develop and execute sales strategy to drive category growth, revenue, and market share.

- Lead complete P&L; management for assigned categories, ensuring delivery on revenue, margins, and profitability targets.

- Drive assortment planning, ensuring the right product mix, recent launches, and category depth aligned with consumer demand.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and vendors to drive joint business plans.

- Analyze category performance, consumer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize decision-making.

- Plan and execute pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.

- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting accuracy, and stock health to ensure optimal availability.

- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to enhance category performance.

- Monitor competition, emerging trends, and industry shifts to stay ahead in the beauty and personal care market.

- Drive on-site visibility, content quality, and overall customer experience for the category.
