Key Responsibilities:
Support ongoing operational activities| incident management| and issue resolution related to the Microsoft certificate lifecycle ecosystem.
Manage and maintain certificate lifecycle processes across enterprise environments| ensuring security| compliance| and service reliability.
Work with Venafi| Microsoft PKI| and certificate integration platforms including CAPI| JDK| F5| AWS Certificate Manager (ACM)| and Venafi REST APIs.
Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and REST APIs to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support certificate management solutions across various infrastructure platforms.




Drive process improvements| automation initiatives| and operational excellence within the PKI and certificate management domain.

Required Skills & Experience :
Strong hands-on experience with Venafi and Microsoft PKI. n-depth understanding of certificate lifecycle management and integration patterns such as CAPI| JDK| F5| ACM| and Venafi REST APIs.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and REST API-based integrations.
Solid knowledge of infrastructure and server technologies including
Windows Server environments Physical and virtual server architectures VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
Application infrastructure and enterprise standards
Valuable understanding of networking concepts| including LAN/WAN| Firewalls| and VPN technologies.
Working knowledge of Active Directory administration and integration
