Job Description Lead/senior test engineer

1. 5 8 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in Property and Casualty insurance domain.
2. Hands-on experience with Majesco Policy, Billing, Claims or- a comparable insurance Billing platform.
3. Knowledge of property and casualty insurance processes, including policy lifecycle, billing, collections, commissions, refunds, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals.
4. Experience testing UI workflows, REST APIs, reports, batch jobs, integrations, and database transactions.
5. Experience with JIRA or similar defect-management tools.
6. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
7. Solid analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.
8. Ability to create detailed test documentation and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
9. Create test strategies, test plans, scenarios, cases, and traceability matrices.
10. Execute functional, system integration, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT,



and end-to-end testing.
11. Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on testing status, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
