Job Title: Network Service Manager / Senior Technical Service Owner Enterprise Networking & Security
Location: Bangalore, India
Work Model: Hybrid 2 days onsite

Must Have

- Proven practitioner experience with ITIL, PRINCE2, and/or PMP.

- Extensive hands-on or architectural experience managing enterprise networking and security environments.

- Strong expertise in Cisco Routing/Switching, SD-WAN, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Cisco ISE, and DDI.

- Experience managing vendors/MSPs, including contract delivery, SLA validation, and service optimization.

- Robust service ownership and technical governance experience, with a proactive approach to incident and service management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, executive leadership, and external partners.

Nice to Have
- Experience transitioning from reactive incident management to proactive service ownership and technical governance.

- Experience supporting commercial growth through service optimization and effective vendor management.
