Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute Windows Server patching activities across production and non-production environments.
- Deploy and monitor patches using WSUS, SCCM/MECM, or similar patch management tools.
- Perform monthly security and critical patch deployments, including testing and validation.
- Troubleshoot patch failures, deployment issues, and Windows update-related problems.
- Coordinate patching activities with infrastructure, application, and security teams.
- Maintain patch compliance reports and ensure servers meet security requirements.
- Follow change management, incident management, and ITIL processes.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Windows Server administration and patching.
- Hands-on experience with WSUS and SCCM/MECM.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Basic PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of vulnerability management and security patching.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
