The Gurukulam School (TGS), Jaipur is looking for a passionate and caring PRT / Mother Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle primary classes and ensure a safe, positive learning workplace.
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom activities.
- Support students in their academic and emotional development.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Manage classroom discipline and daily routines.
- Conduct assessments and maintain student records.
- Encourage students to participate in co-curricular activities.

Eligibility

- Graduation with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification.
- Prior experience as a PRT / Mother Teacher in a school is preferred.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Warm, patient, and child-friendly approach.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
