Key Responsibilities

- Configure, test, deploy, and support Redwood RunMyJob jobs across Development, Test/UAT, and Production environments.
- Develop and maintain RMJ jobs, process definitions, job chains, schedules, and workflows based on business requirements.
- Review job build requests and validate job names, structures, dependencies, parameters, and scheduling requirements.
- Configure time-based and file-based events, calendars, keywords, and triggers.
- Configure and manage pre-conditions, post-conditions, locks, waits, and Raise functions.
- Configure Job Queues, Process Servers, and other Redwood scheduling components.
- Develop and optimize process definitions using Java and Redwood Expression Language (REL).
- Troubleshoot job failures, investigate errors, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Monitor production environments for job performance, reliability, failures, and scheduling issues.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate RMJ solutions.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
- Maintain build documentation, configuration details, reusable templates, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate repetitive job-build activities.
- Create reusable scripts and templates to improve scheduling and automation efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
- Document processes, configurations, technical solutions, and best practices.




- Stay updated on Redwood RunMyJob capabilities and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Redwood RunMyJob (RMJ) / Redwood job scheduling.
- Strong understanding of job scheduling and automation concepts.
- Experience in RMJ job configuration, process definitions, and job chains.
- Valuable knowledge of Redwood Expression Language (REL).
- Working knowledge of Java for process definition and automation requirements.
- Strong experience with File Events and Time Events.
- Experience creating and configuring Calendars and Keywords.
- Hands-on experience with Pre-Conditions and Post-Conditions.
- Practical experience with Lock, Wait, and Raise functions.
- Experience configuring Job Queues and Process Servers.
- Exposure to SAP integrations and ERP batch job scheduling.
- Good troubleshooting and production-support skills.
- Experience with ITIL, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
- Robust documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Profile

- Candidates with strong hands-on Redwood RunMyJob/RMJ Build and Support experience.
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments with complex batch scheduling and cross-platform workflows.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into RMJ technical solutions.
- Candidates comfortable working in rotational shifts aligned to Bangkok and Brazil time zones.
- Ability to work from the office in Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru.
