Data Tracking & Dashboard Management: Design, maintain, and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly Collection MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Portfolio & Bucket Analysis: Track delinquency trends, roll rates, and portfolio movement across various delinquency aging buckets
Regulatory Auditing: Ensure data hygiene and process logging conform strictly to the RBI’s Fair Practice Code
Collection Efficiency Tracking: Calculate and monitor Collection Efficiency Metrics (CE%) and Resolution Rates across in-house teams and external third-party agencies
