Supervision of Interior finishing work of large residential project with high end club house, retail, commercial building, temples
including the all internal MEP services work. Quality assurance is the key objective of this Job.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Planning & coordination: Review and understanding of the Design & drawing issued at site.
Coordinate with the HO team and other stake holders for any issues related implementation of the GFC design and drawings as
per site condition.
Formulate proper planning & sequence of various activities for the execution of the interior finishing works.
Formulate scheduling in coordination with project head.
DOCUMENTATIONS:
Prepare and maintain finishing work documentation including detain drawings and product specifications and various reports.
SITE EXECUTION:
Conduct regular inspection to monitor and maintain work progress.
Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Ensure proper coordination and work sequences amongst the contractors.
AutoCAD .
Positive verbal and written skills for effective communication with team members and other stakeholders.
