The candidate should possess proven expertise in producing high-quality video content, including leadership interviews, panel discussions, and engaging in employee stories that effectively capture and communicate key messages. This role is designed as an individual contributor position. **Core skills** + Single-handed working in live video production: Multi-camera setups + Single-handed Technical: Lighting, sound, AV equipment set up + Camera Handling: DSLR, mirrorless, broadcast cameras + Post-Production: Editing, color correction and sound + Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop.
