Job Description A technology client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the HR, Payroll, and People & Places (P&P;) organization by driving AI-enabled business solutions and process improvements. This individual will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and internal AI engineering teams, helping translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of HCM domain knowledge, business analysis expertise, and a strong interest in emerging AI technologies. This person will partner closely with HR, Payroll, P&P;, and AI teams to gather requirements, develop proof-of-concepts, define solution designs, and support the delivery of AI-powered tools and workflows. Key responsibilities include: -Partner with HR, Payroll, and People & Places (P&P;) stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements. -Act as the primary bridge between business teams and AI development teams, ensuring business needs are clearly translated into solution designs. -Lead initiatives from requirements gathering through high-level solution design and stakeholder approval. -Pressure test proof-of-concepts (POCs) using low-code/no-code and AI-enabled technologies to demonstrate potential solutions. -Collaborate with AI engineers and technical teams during development and implementation phases. -Support the creation of dashboards, reporting solutions, and workflow automation tools leveraging corporate AI platforms. Skills and Requirements -5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role. -Experience with AI concepts from a BSA perspective (terminologies, "vibe-coding", prompt engineering, low-code/no-code development, solution design methodologies) -Experience supporting Human Resources, Payroll, HCM, or Workforce Management functions. -Experience with enterprise HCM applications (Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, ADP, CloudPay) -Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management capabilities. -Experience participating in AI-related projects, automation initiatives, or digital transformation efforts. -Deep understanding of HR and payroll data structures, business processes, and system integrations. -Experience building dashboards, reporting solutions, or workflow automation tools using SharePoint data
