Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, placement cells, and student representatives.
- Assist in scheduling recruitment drives, presentations, information sessions, and related events.
- Maintain organized records of campus contacts, schedules, participation, and recruitment activities.
- Communicate recruitment-related information to students, institutional representatives, and internal stakeholders.




- Provide logistical and administrative support during campus hiring initiatives.
- Track the progress of campus outreach activities and share updates with the relevant team.
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with educational institutions.
- Support follow-ups and ensure timely coordination throughout the campus recruitment process.
- Contribute to documentation and reporting related to campus relations and recruitment activities.
