About the job

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities .
- Manage inbound/outbound leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and counseling sessions .
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their academic and career interests.
- Drive lead conversion and admissions enrollment through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM .
- Handle student/parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Academics, Marketing, and other departments for smooth enrollment.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and annual counseling and admission targets .
- Participate in admission campaigns, counseling events,



seminars, and outreach activities .
