Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic Facilities Coordinator to join our busy VFX Studio in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain agreements, documents, forms, and administrative records.
- Provide administrative support to departments and managers.
- Update MIS and maintain procedure manuals.Manage stationery, office supplies, and inventory.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and qualified office environment.
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements.
- Monitor administrative costs and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other office infrastructure.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Oversee housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, waste management, and pest control services.
- Supervise front office operations, visitor management, and events.
- Coordinate access cards, security protocols, and safety audits.
- Maintain facility logs, vendor bills, and operational reports.




- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service standards.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Quality-focused with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
