We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Analyst to join our team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, collaborating with development teams, and helping deliver high-quality products to customers.

Key responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements to understand testing needs.

- Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.

- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate defect-tracking tools.

- Work closely with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues.

- Perform retesting and regression testing after defects are fixed.





- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.

- Support test automation initiatives where applicable.

Required qualifications

- Positive understanding of software testing principles and QA processes.

- Experience with manual testing and test case creation.

- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.

- Familiarity with defect-tracking and test-management tools.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Basic understanding of SQL and databases.

- Knowledge of API testing or automation tools.
