Role Description:

The CPQ Support & Test Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting and testing Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solutions for this Danish Major. Day-to-day activities include responding to user inquiries, diagnosing CPQ-related issues,



and providing technical and functional support to ensure smooth operation of quoting and pricing workflows. The specialist will execute test cases, validate system configurations, document defects, and collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues and improve solution quality. The role also involves proactively monitoring system performance, updating knowledge bases and documentation, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

More specifically, you will be

Managing and resolving daily CPQ incidents, user issues, and system errors

Acting as the first point of contact for CPQ-related support requests

Investigating root causes and coordinating issue resolution with developers and stakeholders

Supporting user administration, access management, and system maintenance activities

Planning, executing, and documenting test activities for new developments and releases

Validating enhancements, bug fixes, and system changes before deployment

Contributing to platform stability, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CPQ Testing and Product configuration processes.

Have experience supporting business-critical applications and end users across sales and supply chain





Possess strong troubleshooting, incident management, and analytical skills

Have experience planning and executing functional and regression testing

Bring a customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Are structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Have experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams

Advantage to have knowledge of Oracle CPQ, product configuration, pricing structures, and quoting processes.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
