About the Role – HR Intern:

We are seeking an organised, friendly and trustworthy HR Intern to support hiring and people operations at ElectroGlobal. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, HR records, employee engagement and employer branding , working directly with the founders and team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Write and post jobs, source candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri and Internshala , and screen CVs.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, collect feedback and keep candidates updated.
- Onboarding: Prepare offer letters and joining documents, and run the Day 1 induction .
- HR Operations: Maintain attendance, leave and employee records , and prepare payroll inputs .
- Employee Engagement: Plan team activities, celebrations and feedback surveys .




- Employer Branding: Post hiring and culture updates on LinkedIn .
- Policies: Keep HR documents and policies up to date.

What We Need:

- A student or fresh graduate ( BBA/MBA HR, Psychology or any stream ) with 0–1 year of experience.
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi .
- Organised and friendly, and able to keep information confidential .
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets .
- Good to have: Using ChatGPT or Claude for drafting, and interest in recruitment.
