Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Chennai. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinic staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting hospitals and clinics, presenting product information, conducting product demonstrations, and responding to customer inquiries. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The Medical Sales Representative will also gather market feedback, support promotional activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.




- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present complex information clearly and build trust with clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine to understand clinical needs and product relevance.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Pharmacy practices to effectively discuss formulations, dosage, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant bachelors degree in fields such as life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, or business is preferred.
- Prior experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in office, and readiness to travel within Chennai as needed.
- Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools to track sales activities and performance.
