Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct field visits, meet customers, explain relevant products and services, and follow up on enquiries.
- Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and work toward assigned business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate activity reports, customer information, and regular updates on field engagements.




- Use customer feedback and market observations to identify recent business opportunities.

Requirements

- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience in relationship management, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort with field work and meeting customers across Bangalore.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Basic digital literacy and the ability to maintain timely records are expected.

This is a full-time, in-office field role based in Bangalore, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹22,000, along with incentives and a fuel allowance for field work.
