This role supports Group Management and the Assistant Group Controller with financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, reporting automation, and business intelligence initiatives across operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. The position combines financial analysis, business intelligence, data management, reporting automation, and Power BI dashboard development to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial information to Finance and Operations leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports.




- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Support forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Build reusable datasets and improve reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and automated data extracts.
- Use Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, and VBA to automate manual reporting.
- Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot financial data.
- Convert manual Excel reports into standardized BI solutions.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from financial data.
- Work with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams.
- Support Finance transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide training and support to users of reporting tools.
- Use AI-enabled tools such as GPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and analytics.
