Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Maximum Job Responsibilities Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities. Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepayments. Perform General Ledger and Balance Sheet account reconciliations. Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals. Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations. Assist in preparing financial statements, audit schedules, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within GL operations. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting or Record-to-Report (R2R) process. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong knowledge of Journal Entries, Month-End Close, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and formulas). Valuable understanding of US GAAP or IFRS accounting standards. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be an added advantage. Eligibility Graduate Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days.
